Accommodating staff, compact room, in general I loved this pleasant hotel. The food was appetising and there were a great selection of dishes in the menu. The location was marvellous and brilliant, just 5 min walk from Saint Peter's Church. There was a nice restaurant, shops and all the major shops next door.

The room was a nice size and the bathroom was massive and well done. Staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast hit the spot too! Oh, and the view from the room was awesome.
the tv didn't work cause it had no ariel, and the noise from other guests was kinda annoying.

While the initial cold room was a challenge, the really good staff quickly moved us to a warmer, spacious room with a fantastic sea view. The modern decor and clean facilities added comfort, and we enjoyed the seaside location. Nearby attractions like Kirkleatham Owl Center made for lovely family outings. Despite some hiccups, the hotel atmosphere and attentive service made our experience nice.

The view from the room was amazing, with the sea and boats creating a fine backdrop. The staff were notably helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Some areas showed signs of age was good, and the overall decor could use a refresh to match the quality of service provided. Tea and coffee in the room were a nice touch, but the dining options could be expanded for variety.

The hotel was a great base for our adventures. We enjoyed the scenic views and the Dracula legend in Whitby, lovely. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was great!
We found the bathroom towels lacking too.

Had a nice spacious family room on the top floor with a great sea view, food was really good , and it was super close to the shops so we didn't even need to use the car.
the staff could've been a bit more attentive, and the breakfast could use a bit more variety.

It was just a reliable pick for a rapid stop in Redcar with all in all great value for money. The staff were genuinely helpful, addressing our needs promptly and ensuring our stay was as smooth as possible. Make sure to ask for extra towels if you need them, as we only had one set for two of us.

Diving into the breakfast spread was fantastic-crisp salads and fresh produce had me buzzing! The evening meal was spot on too, packed with flavors. Plus, the lovely staff made it all the more enjoyable.
The dining areas did lack a bit of atmosphere and options, with a limited wine list-no red wine at all! Thankfully, just down the road, you can nab a great pizza at Uncle Rocco's!

Couple seeking a decent stay
The room had this huge bed that was like I was sleeping on a cloud, and after a day out, that was all I needed. Breakfast was excellent, just hit the spot with a freshly cooked English that got me ready for whatever came next.
Not exactly pocket change but acceptable for what we got.

cozy stay by the coast
The place felt warm and inviting, even if the inside was a bit dated. The hunters chicken was delish, and the latte hit the spot. Just wish the windows weren't so high. Couldn't really enjoy the views. Oh, and the food prices were a tad steep compared to what you get elsewhere.

Spacious rooms with fine sea views
I stayed in a double room that offered not only ample space but also very nice views of the North Sea, made my morning coffee enjoyable. The breakfast was decent, with a generous selection, although I found the price for smaller orders a bit steep.
